"If I could give this “counseling office” ZERO stars I would. However I can’t and I would rather leave a review with one star than none. Please , unless you’re extremely desperate, avoid this “counseling group”. Like any other counseling office , most at-least, they are only in it for the money OBVIOUSLY. Counseling sessions always seemed rushed and not together to me. My one hour sessions were spent talking about things that did not seem relevant (which i’m sure is normal to think) but the means of coping with what I was being seen for were almost half a**ed , a 5 year old could look up ways to cope and be given/told the same thing. My therapist was Ms.Taylor , who as nice as she seems is obviously there for the money as well. After missing 2 sessions due to 2 back to back funerals and a memorial ALL WHILE dealing with an injury , I was discharged without notice or reason and when I reached out to Ms. Taylor regarding why she gave a very short and vague response saying her schedule was now full and I had to be assigned to someone new and start over. Seriously? Without any compassion or regard for what I was being seen for. (For Privacy reason I will not discuss here) I have recommended this facility to other previously but due to this situation I will refer them elsewhere. I also do NOT plan on being reassigned to another counselor as this experience was very unprofessional and stressful. My anxiety already prevented me from wanted to start in the first place I definitely will not be restarting , especially with them. As much as it DOES NOT pain me to say , this group should not be allowed to even take in clients until they learn what it means to genuinely want to help others. Have a GREAT day !"
