"Nifty stuff inside. We were greeted nicely. That was the only good part of the store. The other coworker wouldn't get out of the way for us to look around. Not to mention their conversation that we were apart of hearing. Pretty bad impression for our 1st time. Not very professional."

"Total scam and waste of money. Horrible customer service and staff is incompetent to a point it should be illegal for them to accept money for their services. When Glenda owned it this place was awesome and ran professionally with class. Since Kelsey took over it’s a complete disappointment for the same services. How she managed to mess up what Glenda perfected is a mystery. I quit after three months of being called in twice for appointments just to be told I’d taken off work for no reason (they got my times mixed up with someone else), prescriptions were wrong or not filled, and the rudest unapologetic staff telling me to “suck it up”. All the good reviews are by the new owners friends so completely unreliable. If Glenda ever manages again I’ll go back to rating it with five stars and referring all my friends but now I suggest people make the drive somewhere else. Total disappointment and waste of money."

"Is this place serious? The "salt room" is just - I kid you not - ground up salt on a floor with the mall style recliners in the middle of it and a few bars of salt centralized in the middle of a far wall. You don't take your shoes off to enter the room so you would just be sitting in people's stepping and breathing that in. I cannot imagine the department of health approves this. The rest of the store just seems like a hodgepodge of knick knacks. The term "spa" is a misnomer and I was disappointed. The staff looked bewildered when I stepped in and stumbled to tell me their "services". I give an extra stat because I didn't see much dirt (although I wasn't looking closely on my way out)."

"Kelsey & her team are amazing! Love their selection of merchandise. Have had facials there as well as weight loss clinic appointments. Beautiful office & clean."
