"This is the place to be if you have a TBI which I do. I was in a very bad car accident and was in a medical induced coma for 1 1/2 momths. This place has helped me improve so much from May 13th till now I've became alot stronger I went from not able to pick stuff up with weight and now I'm picking up 50+ lbs I barely did 20lbs on leg press end of May now I can do 100lbs 4x50 sets of reps I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE the only bad thing about this place is Mary the speech therapist she does talk down to me"

"Very disapointing to go and be put on a machine without any consult as to my injury or pain. That actually was the reason I was there. No physical therapy to be had. Thank God for Achieve in Gray, Tn.! After friends recomending it I decided to give it a try. I didn't need to be put on a machine. Until it's safe for my body to be on one. I found exemplary care at Achieve. And if you value your physical wellness thats where you will start and not waste a week like I did at this place. Physical therapy isn't a gym. And that's what this place seems to be trying to push. Just work through your pain. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I could have really been hurt. And just a lady asking if I'm ok is NOT physical therapy. They really don't deserve one star."

"Such lovely staff they are friendly and caring. Me, my husband and infant child was there and when we came out we had to call a tow truck due to car trouble and we sat there roughly 4 or so hours. I ran out of formula and we had been there since 8:30 in the morning and these lovely ladies made sure my child was taken care of and me and my husband. They definitely went above and beyond today. I’m so grateful for these lovely ladies and want to say thank you to all who helped today. I can’t say thank you enough for y’all act of kindness. You all went way beyond expectations and showed there are still good people in this world.!!! Thank you all so so much.!!"

"I would not go if you have private insurance. My 3 year old son started going to occupational therapy. The receptionist printed us off an explanation of benefits stating we would have a $35 co-pay and made me initial beside off a date stamp on it. They don't accept payments at the office and would just have to wait until we got out bill which would probably be 8 weeks. Come to find out our insurance does not cover occupational therapy and when I filled a dispute she told me the best they could do was give us the uninsured discount and that the explanation of benefits is just an estimate. I talk to his pediatrician about and they said they don't refer people there because they have had the same problem."
