"Our journey with Metro speech has started the end of last year 2022. I have been taking my 2 year old son for both SPT and OT. Our son is blossoming and we started seeing lot of his character and personality coming out. We were fortunate to work with Ms Erika and Ms Catherine and let me tell you, they rock!! The front disk staff are very welcoming and responsive. We are so blessed to find such a place for our son."

"My son was supposed to receive Therapy at Metro. Over the phone I listed some concerns I had in a very professional even toned manner. I mentioned my background and education…I furthermore stated that I didn’t want my son to become a statistic. The therapist and owner canceled my son’s appointment. The reason they gave was they do not tolerate hostility and intimidation. If you’re an intelligent thoughtful articulate BLACK Man interacting with this Firm you’re not permitted to ask questions. Their attitude is sit down and shut up and if you don’t we will label you. Another example of “white women” labeling black men as scary and enraged with toxic masculinity. I URGE EVERY PERSON OF COLOR THAT READS THIS REVIEW TO THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CALL THESE PEOPLE. They have a couple of tokens at their office but THEY DONT LIKE US. DONT take my word just call and ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS…you will SEE their reaction FOR YOURSELF."

"Metro Speech Therapy is amazing! The entire staff is super friendly and makes every kid feel welcomed. We were lucky to have Erika B as our speech therapist. She worked with our daughter for over a year. From day 1 we noticed a difference. My daughter started coming out of her shell, being more confident with her speech, over time began saying multiple word sentences, and worked on her pronunciation of words.
