"Might be the worst experience I have ever had with a physical therapy place. Made an appointment to start occupational therapy after having surgery for De Quervain's syndrome on my wrist. At my appointment, the person who saw me I can only assume was some sort of PT assistant. She was waiting for the actual PT to arrive, who never did. After stalling (no kidding stalling by doing things like reading me printed out notes about keeping my wound clean, etc) for around 45 minutes, I guess she decided that the PT wasn't going to show up. So she changed out the dressing..which went fine..and then proceeded to make me a wrist brace (more on this in a second) to go over the dressing. During this process, I asked what the treatment was going to be like, and she said that they needed the doctor to send them a prescription for treatment. Apparently they were waiting for the surgeon to tell them exactly what things to do for treatment. They couldn't tell me when I was supposed to move my wrist/thumb, what exactly the therapy was going to be like after I was able to move my wrist/thumb, or when it was supposed to actually start. There appeared to be no knowledge of what the proper protocol was supposed to be for treatment. So I cancelled any further treatment there and went to another place. The person who saw me at the new place knew exactly how to treat, could tell me everything about it, and when she saw the brace that had been made for me, offered to make me a new one at no charge because of how uncomfortable it was. I never write online review for places, but this experience was so frustratingly bad, I felt compelled to write one. Hopefully it will help someone to avoid this place, if they are looking for hand/wrist treatment."

"I was in an auto accident that left me with a compound fracture of my arm and a severely crushed wrist, on my first visit I filled out the paperwork, including insurance information, a copy of my cards was also may, I told the assistant at the desk. THIS IS NOT REGULAR MEDICARE..........THIS IS RAILROAD MEDICARE AND GOES TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. I had not completed my therapy and hasd an appointment , on the day of the Appointment, I received a call telling me. Not to keep the appointment because my insurance had not paid, The office had submitted to the. wRONG. mEDICARE and there had been no payment,,,,bottom line, the office made the mistake but I couldn’t receive the needed therapy,,,,I worked in a doctors office and I know getting braid can be a problem. bUT to stop treatments because of their mistake is an awful way to practice,,,,I will NEVER use this facility again, They care more about money than the patient.
