"Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are looking for a comprehensive evaluation. These are not serious people. Their methods are unprofessional and the psychologists are grossly inexperienced. The "comprehensive reports" they charge thousands for are nothing more than auto-generated copy-paste jobs that are comparable to online personality quizzes. After having my report (written by Dr. Shelly Williams) reviewed by another psychologist elsewhere, they confirmed that there were several problems with it, including questions of possible ethical and legal violations. I have since reported the matter to the Virginia Board of Health for investigation. The CEO, Jon Shore, has never responded to my emails wherein I attempt to resolve the matter with him directly. The people here simply just do not care about anything other than getting your money and hoping you don't notice the zero effort they put into the "work" they do. You absolutely will not receive the standard of care here that you will get elsewhere, and unfortunately I learned that the hard way. I would especially advise anyone against coming here if you are seeking out an autism assessment for both children and adults. Their methods are outdated and they are not neurodivergent-affirming. Trust me on this. Go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time or money. They have no interest in your wellbeing, but rather, care more about exploiting vulnerable people and taking their money for profit."

"I highly recommend this office. They offer telehealth appointments that are much more convenient for me and the staff is awesome and the doctors that I have are super awesome as well. They are great at sending you appointment reminders and they have a portal to go into for your appointments that is very user friendly. I feel I am very blessed to have come across this practice."

Everyone treats you like they genuinely care about you as a person which is sometimes hard to find. I receive therapy and medication management, and have undergone testing with this practice.
