"After a free 20 minute consultation she told me she would like to help my family. The first session was okay and we scheduled a second appointment. On the day of appointment I was unable to reach her (after already paying through Venmo) to confirm appointment and get a zoom link. We ended up rescheduling. The second appointment was a disaster. She did little to mediate and repeatedly pulled at her hair saying, "Your family is so low on resources " and how "difficult" our case was. In first consultation I shared with her exactly what was going on. Finally, she just stopped second session with no offer of resources or help and just said, "Well, you guys decide what you want to do with this." It was obvious she had no interest in helping us but gladly accepted almost $400 in payments which I could barely afford. My family is in worse shape than before we saw her."
