"Disappointed... Based on web reviews, we made appointments for our two Pomeranians for baths, using the online web service (9:00am and 11:00am). We received an auto-confirmation from Google, but no confirmation or contact directly from the groomer. I arrived at his house promptly at 9:00am with our first dog and knocked at the front door. No response. A large dog inside was barking at the living room window, so I would have thought that would have also alerted Steve. I knocked a second time; also no response. I left after about five minutes of waiting. Using the online service, we canceled the 11:00am appointment."
