"If you are looking for an excellent gynocologist office this is the place for you! I have been going here for over 7 years now and I love the care provided and the knowledge the doctors have here. In addition, I had an unexpected emergency with one of my pregnancies last year and caught Covid in my third trimester and got extremely ill. My gynocologist Dr. Ouyang took action quickly and assisted in making sure my baby and I were properly taken care of during this scary event. With all that being said, I got induced that same day and was able to still have a safe and successful V- back because of the diligence of this office and the staff listening to my concerns and taking action quickly. I am forever grateful for Dr. O'Connell and her well trained staff!! Thank you for such excellent care over the years!"

"Excellent doctor. I noticed some reviews indicate she orders unnecessary tests and procedures, but I do not interpret her level of thoroughness as unnecessary. I find her fortitude in keeping women safe incredibly refreshing. She very kindly explained to me why she thought a particular test was needed and calculated my risk for a disease based on my medical history. She is judicious in her recommendations. Although previous gynecologists (and my PCP) knew the history of breast cancer in my mother’s family, none ever offered to test me for BRCA1 & 2 before. Reproductive organ screenings should be routine considering the powerful medical devices we have access to today. Why wait for worsening symptoms, hope it will pass, or hope for the best in the future? I greatly value Dr. O’Connell’s judgement, and she has a professional and friendly attitude in the office. I have piece of mind knowing my reproductive system is safe because of her thoroughness, and I will take that over a less than thorough doctor who knows to make recommendations but doesn’t."

"Made my appt weeks ago as new patient. I was transferred from another center to be closer from home. Didn’t have an ultrasound in 4 weeks by then. Her staff called 40 mins before my appt to cancel my new patient visit because she had a c-section. C-sections don’t last that long. She could easily see me after her surgery. Most OB do that. I’d rather they call me to cancel because she was sick. This not a truly excuse to cancel an OB appt. Most OBs see their patients after surgery. I made a complain. They never called me back to reconsider. They had no other physicians as back up to see me. Sooner appt was Tuesday or Friday and it wasn’t with Dr. O’Connell. If her schedule was so busy she could has easily see me after her C-section. What can I think when my appt was on a Friday. Lack of sensitivity. This is not how I want to be taken care of next 9 months."

"Forced me to get many unnecessary and painful procedures, and then got angry when I refused to do some of them, and even harassed me by calling constantly and sending certified letters in the mail making threats. Finally banned me when I refused to do these procedures. Very unprofessional doctor, yet proclaims to be a Christian. Would never ever recommend this doctor to any woman who wants to have a say and be a part of her own treatment with her own body. I found a great GYN who actually appreciates his patients listening to their own bodies and respects our right to say NO to unnecessary and expensive procedures."

"These ladies were fantastic, always polite, professional, and caring! I am sad that I had to stop going there for my prenatal care, but did because of a move. They have been very helpful in getting my paperwork transferred quickly and ensuring that my breastpump order went through because of the move."
