"Dr. Moore is a fantastic OB, and I've happily followed him to a new location. However, his receptionists are HORRENDOUS. Just last week, as a returning patient I spent 25+ minutes giving information the practice should already have because of a "new system". This is extremely frustrating because I've now received a bill that indicates I've been coded as an uninsured patient. Now I have a billing issue! His front office staff does entirely too much socializing and personal conversations within earshot of patients. And I can imagine that's why my patient profile is incorrect. There really isn't enough focus on the task at hand. Point is, in the reception area: light skinned lady, long hair, glasses, and voice sounds like she smokes 20 packs a day? AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS."
