"Not sure who I spoke to today. Got off work early so I could come in for assistance, got there at 4:15. The worker I spoke to said that she was leaving at 4:30 that the regular person that works until 5pm(closing) wasn't there today. She definitely did not want to help me and interrupted me every time I attempted to speak. She tried to say she couldn't take the voided check paperwork printed from my bank specifically for this purpose, but after speaking to someone else she accepted it. I made sure to be out of there by 4:30, which wasn't hard with the rudeness and being rushed. If I can get off early from work again I'll see if I can find someone who will at least let me finish a sentence, hopefully even answer questions without an attitude."

"Sends bills to address every two months. No notice disconnects, and blames slow mail on the receiving and sending side. Either the water service or post office is extremely out of organization here. If this organization is going to tack on fees they need to figure out a way to receive and send timely notifications if they want to blame the post office then they need to pressure the post office to get bills out on time. Zero compassion for customers, says they understand that mail is slow in trying times but can’t do anything to ease the financial burden of late payments that exist due to covid. Either get people notified or be a little forgiving."
