"I like dr. Kim, she is very friendly. My mom doesn’t speak English but she always try best to explain everything to my mom, I give one star because of front desk, very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the receptionist pointed to us while we were check in and said to the other that we almost hit her car at parking lot. I was so confused, because I don’t know what happened.I didn’t driving either my mom so I called my husband and my dad to make sure we did not almost run into anyone else’s car in parking lot. Then one of the receptionist take my mom to the room for change clothes and asked me to sit outside to wait, then I heard the Korean receptionist said Asian people driving never look around. Are you seriously, why you not telling me in person if you think we almost hit your car at parking lot , in fact, we didn’t not. Do not talk behind the patient. Disrespectful! Unprofessional!"

"I love dr Kim but I have to make a complaint about their front desk: very unfriendly. I was a long time customer and had my baby delivered by Dr Kim. She is the best OB doctor ever. I cherish her as one of my most important person. But today, when I try to come to do the annual check, her front desk had been very difficult to work with about the scheduling. I am afraid to schedule any appointments with this front desk anymore. I have to stop going there. Feel free to contact me to delete this comment, if the front desk issue can be resolved. Thanks."

"Dr. Kim is truly a wonderful OB. She has such great knowledge and experience and has in-house technology to quickly assess if there's a true concern. She is conservative and not reactive in her approach to my reproductive health concerns and she's been accurate every time. She's also just a lovely person. Great bedside manner, makes you feel at ease. Her staff are so nice as well. I highly recommend her!!"

"I am so grateful this place has a bilingual doctor. I was referred to this practice from my entire female side of the family that live in Virginia. The place is small and clean. Covid-safety regulations were up to par. I loved the doctor. She kept it extremely real with me. I felt very comfortable with her. I do not have any medical insurance so I was really pleased it did NOT cost a lot of money to get my check up/exam."

"Dr Kim is literally the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is so caring and with you throughout your whole pregnancy and delivery. Obgyn’s rarely do that anymore, most rotate with other doctors. I’m expecting my second child, with a university hospital in a different city, and I miss Dr Kim sooo much! I joked with my husband that I would drive up 2 hours for appointments and for her to deliver my baby because she is really that great. She was so gentle with my delivery and accommodating to all my requests. TMI but she even did a fantastic job post delivery stitching. The care and attention she provides is extremely rare with doctors now. I have many family members who are doctors including my husband so I am speaking from experience. We both cannot recommend her enough!"
