"I expressed in a previous review that I was un happy w the new owners service. Since then the owner has made several attempts to reach out to me personally. He has called, left me a few messages, wrote a personal card to find out what I was unhappy about. For me I thought that when he took over I was going to loose that personal touch but he has proved otherwise. Service has been great and they have proved that even further when we had a fire in our home recently. There claim process is lighting fast."

"Call the local number, forced through 7 prompts before being transferred directly to Nationwide number. Spoke to two folks who also could not get in touch with a live person in the Virginia Beach Office. I have both a claim and transfer question and need to talk to an AGENT, not the national number. Braun Agency has gotten too large to be responsive to customers directly?"

"even though im not in favor of one of this agenies agents mr braun did go above and beyond to fix the issue as for the owner i give him a 5 star rating but i do feel he needs to get some of his agents in check"
