"I want to first start off saying the young man that came to clean my carpet very sweet & professional and I appreciate you showing up in a timely manner I forgot his name sorry. My carpet ? For $95 it still looks the exact same as it did before ."
"Lost my whole entire apartment deposit ($1,077) because of this company. They lied by stating there was “excessive pet urine” and therefore the carpet needed to be replaced. We have a 7 year old lab who is professionally trained and has NEVER EVER had an accident in the home past the age of 1 year. Very rarely he has had small bouts of acid reflux. The two times that has happened we immediately cleaned it with cleaner. At best, the carpet could’ve used a steam clean NOT a full replacement- but why would a company steam clean when they could make more money by just replacing the carpet?"
