"Every time I have dealt with SERVPRO in Suffolk, they have been extremely responsive, professional and efficient. When we had a water leak in our house 2 years ago, they were there in 30mins and had all the water removed, fans running within an hour. Recently, my Mother had mold growing mysteriously in her closet, and upon inspection, Justin Shomaker (Manager with SERVPRO) noticed and measured high humidity in the house but no water damage or leak. He made a small correction on her thermostat which began to correct the humidity problem immediately. "Wasn't what I thought...they used a whip hose in in my flex duct...said my duct was soft..didn't take the grills of till I said something.. came up the stairs with hose and ladder at the same time not worried about banging my walls. Was not at all impressed. One vent slid back in the knee wall...fixed myself"
