"She called me back when I left a message. Also showed up on day scheduled cleaning. Gave her an unusually task, ask that they come see the house and clean it on the same day. Had one issue, created by one of her cleaning people, that we had to call a repair person for, which they did not apologize for, or call to see if the repair was made, there were no adjustments to cover this added cost."
