"I was very sceptical about using this cleaners after receiving a quote for the service I needed. It was surprising low. I have used Puritan Cleaners for 20 years. However, they stopped doing slip covers for couches. I purchased my couch from Crate and Barrel and the cover had to be dry cleaned. On faith I took it to Fifth Avenue, as well as all of my curtains! What an amazing experience. My items ALL turned out perfectly. Thank you Fifth Avenue. I’ll highly sing your praises to everyone."
"I made the mistake of dropping a dress off here to be hemmed. They charged $15 prior to even doing the work when the item was dropped off then they try to charge additional $10 on pickup without even contacting me about the price change. My ticket said the item would be ready for pickup next day after 5. When I came to pick up it was not ready. So I came back Friday three days later and it was STILL not ready. They said the associate was new and put the wrong date. You guys should be contacting clients when the pickup date changes so they aren't coming 3 times to pickup. You also should be contacting clients prior for approval when the price is more than initially discussed. They also did a terrible job at hemming my dress it’s almost 2” shorter on one side. The manager is also very rude and unprofessional. I would AVOID this place unless you want to pay additional hidden charges, overpay to have them ruin your clothes and then not be refunded because the management is horrendous!"

"Be aware…the quality is not what it used to be. Also, all of your items may not be returned, so be sure to count! And…if your items have buttons. Hmmm…you may need to purchase new ones…"
"Love the price, and the speed at which they clean. If you are just bringing in garments with no stains and need a quick cheap option, I do recommend this place. Could improve on attention to detail, as I brought in several items with (light) stains, and they unfortunately did not get the majority on them out (as if they never even cleaned it to begin with). I came home and spot treated them myself and they came out no problem."
