Top to bottom housekeeping

"You can judge a lot by a company based on their responsiveness when there is a complaint. A decent company will try to remedy the situation, or at least explain why certain actions were taken. This is absolutely NOT true for Top to Bottom Housekeeping. Not to say all their work was bad, but MANY spots in the house were untouched - not even an attempt was given. When questioned (non-confrontationally, we were sure we could just discuss next steps), they completely avoided further contact with us. Absolute cowards who put minimum effort into their job. My toddler was able to help us finish off the job... In all honesty, pathetic is the only word that comes to mind. DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE THE JOB IS DONE - you'll never hear back from them ever again! Or better yet, take your business elsewhere to a company that are not spineless cowards who charge exceptionally more than what they actually do. I challenge them to respond to the negative reviews to show the general public that they have any amount of decency in them. I'll wait."

"Tim was quick to respond and arrived early to clean our house in preparation for a rental. While much was cleaned, it certainly was not "top to bottom". The garage was unswept, top shelf of the freezer untouched, numerous large spots on the floor left behind, lower trim was filthy, and not one drawer or cabinet was ever opened. Had it been especially difficult to clean these spots, I might would even understand. But I was able to finishel the cleanup with a standard spray and wipe/sweep. So all of this was just unexplainbaly missed. Worse yet, I contacted him back so he had a chance to address these issues, but I never heard back from him. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend."

"Do not use this service! I paid $300 for initial cleaning and they did not touch my house, nothing! Just took the check and went to the bank and cashed it. I should have checked references or something and this is my fault but please don't let this happen to you! Take my advice!"

"Things were not cleaned in certain areas. He sent a text saying his daughters have Covid (then stated on the phone he doesn't have daughters) and he had to call an ambulance for his mom that has cancer. I responded we did not want him to be in the home if his daughters have Covid. He did not respond! A week later after we have already had another company to come and clean, he sends a payment request thru Venmo stating he had been at the home and cleaned. He called us a liar and yelled at us on the phone. Constantly tried to argue via text messages also. He also sent a text one time and asked if we were home or out of town late one night. That sounds suspicious! I would not recommend this company to clean!!"

"Tim and Betty are the best! When they arrived, my house was a wreck. When they left 4 hours later it was spotless. Seriously, they won't leave until it is! I highly recommend Top to Bottom Housekeeping."
