"Nice day for tour but we saw no marine wildlife. They should prepare you for this. They kept our hopes up in vain. The food line was long and we paid amusement park prices for microwave food. Maybe the fast boat or fishing trip would be more enjoyable."

"I booked and attended a 9 hour whale watching tour. 9 hours was a little much for me, although there was lots to see. 4 or 5 hours would have been enough. But that's just me. The staff was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and accommodating. We did see 4 different whales, dolphins, and multiple types of birds. We were supposed to be back at port by 5 pm but didn't actually return until 6 pm. Finding and seeing a couple of whales towards the end of our voyage was the reason. I didn't appreciate getting back so late. However, I'm sure the others were ok with the extra time that was given to spend with the whales to observe and photograph. I really enjoyed the tour, the others on the tour, staff, and the vessel we were on. Great job, Rudee Tours!! I am looking forward to my next Rudee Tour excursion."

"Highly recommend the Rudee Rocket ride! I've seen it racing up and down VA beach and finally decided to try it this year. The tour included a lot of dolphin sightings up close to the boat, a cool view of some lighthouses, and an exciting return journey crashing through the waves (and soaking everyone on board.) Our guide was witty and very knowledgeable concerning the area and dolphins, and the captain did a good job of making sure everyone got a good view of the dolphins + got soaked on the return trip. Ticket prices were reasonable and worth it in my opinion- I'll definitely be planning to return on future trips to VA Beach."

"So much fun! We went on the 630pm dolphin tour which was excellent. Not only did we see lots of dolphins but we also watched a beautiful sunset. Slushies on board were awesome too!"

"If you are looking for something to do for the family, kids, or a cute date out in the area, I would totally recommend Rudee Tours Dolphin Watch! It was so beautiful! They offer snacks and beverages while on the tour .......... They also take a photo for purchase before each group enters the boat, you buy it at the end if you want to for like $20 I believe. The ride was so smooth and we saw a family of dolphins showing off for us ... I loved it! The staff take their time to get as close to the Dolphins as possible for pictures and videos and they give a lot dolphin education over the speaker. There are other types of tours in the area, but I am very happy with Rudee Tours!"
