"I hired this company to clean out my gutters and fix a spot on my gutters that was leaking. They did a great job cleaning the gutters but have been back to the house several times to fix the leak with no success. Water is still pooling in the gutter and it is still dripping after it rains. I feel they should not have to keep coming back to fix the problem as it should have been dealt with the first time. I am now looking for another company to come out and fix the gutter leak as I don't trust Leaf Relief to get the job done. After receiving the response, I have more to add. Fixing this leak was part of the original quote for the work they did. They are also claiming they suggested replacing that run of gutter but I was the one that brought that up and asked, with them reassuring me they could fix the leak without doing that. I dislike people lying to try and make themselves look better. I’m altering my review accordingly."
