"THIS is how you do business. From my after hours' call... where Glen assured me I would be called at 7:30am to get the job started; to-- Tiffany calling me and scoping out every detail to ensure the best response; to-- Steve showing up promptly to locate our tank lid and alert the truck; to-- Monty tackling the task at hand; to-- everyone on the team communicating every step, so I was fully informed. What a well-executed job. What is "routine" for TIDY is hardly routine for the homeowner. The team acted in ways that acknowledged that. We came home on a Thursday evening, whereupon our drains started backing up all throughout the house. We called TIDY, where the auto message clearly directed us to an emergency/after-hours number. Before noon on Friday, our septic tank (in a bad, full, stopped up, sludgy state) was cleaned out; and our household was restored. On top of all that "first-responder-like" arrival and turnaround, the rate was fair and reasonable. It's so nice to experience a company that knows how to deliver satisfaction. Every single TIDY person was professional and top notch. Well done, TIDY."
