"Windsor court apartments 1 is no place to raise a family. They don't take tenants complaints seriously and they don't go by the rules and regulations. I would love for my kids and family to stop getting harass by the lady daughter that stays under me. I recommend that no one move into 106 B(after I move) because the people that stay under you have no respect for others and they also tell lies. And you have no privacy because they can hear everything you say and do in your apartment. She hits the ceiling all night and at 6:30 a.m. till you wake up, and Tm associates don't (management )believe it. She has a mental problem,they cray cray they should have been evicted 13 years ago."
