"Terrible experience at the end of the lease . Never missed a payment, always on time , and left the apartment like I first got it but because I was out of town and never got a email or call about my “60” day notice of not renewing, I was charged close to 900$ for them having to find someone new to lease to. Because some how it’s my responsibility for them to search for new tenants when they already have rooms empty . They said I got a letter but like I said I was out of town and even let them know about it but I guess it got lost . Decent place to live but MAKE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW that you won’t renew or you will be charged for not living there ."

"I have just celebrated my one year anniversary with Park Place. This is a lovely place to call home. Staff goes the extra mile to assist you with any issues you might have. They have events to allow tenants to get to know one another. I highly recommend."

"Noisy neighbors that management will do nothing about. If you're looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere. Also, the growing concern about Marijuana since it is now legal means that it is smoked next door and smell is in your apartment. I can't wait to get out of here. Management is the worst and they don't care."

"Honestly, you are only paying for location. Our air conditioner has went off 5 times. Our bathroom cabinet keeps falling off. Laundry closet doors, stove tops, everything has broken off by this point. Don't expect maintence to help, the same thing happens again. Everything is low quality. But at least you're in city center, right? Currently ridiculously hot because our ac has failed again. We submitted a maintence request 5 days ago."

"Move in and living in this area was a pleasure for me. The location is convenient and the grounds are always clean. Maintenance is always urgent about anything that needs to be done. The issue comes when it is time to move out. I've read their previous reviews on excessive charges to water when moving out so I kept track of my meter readings myself month to month and followed the move out cleaning instructions to ensure few to no charges but surprise. I was going to get have my carpets cleaned by a company of my choice but I was told they (the apartment) had a special deal through peerless and their quote was substantially low. Today i receive my move out bill being charged $928 for carpet replacing, mind you I did have stains on my carpet from normal wear in tear as well as some stains in the hall where i would walk trash out and my bag has torn, and water damage to the hall floor from an issue they fixed that was not my doing. They had to replace that carpet and decided that because they had to replace that carpet i was also responsible for replacing the entire apartment because the carpet HAD TO MATCH. I in no way feel like that was my responsibility and I will be fighting that $928 charge. Beware of their move out charges, they find a way to charge you somewhere Update: I ended up going to see an attorney, my attorney contacted them and my entire deposit was refunded. As stated before, I loved my stay and maintenance was wonderful it’s just the problems that occur when moving out. Hopefully management is different by now."
