"Styron Square Apartments deserves more than just 5 Gold Stars… In my honest opinion, Tower Park Management Corporation and its dedicated Staff deserve so much more! My little dog & I recently set out on a new adventure, and have found our “Forever Home” here at Port Warwick. Tracey, the Manager, went up & beyond to make this transition happen. Her Staff & Associates are absolutely amazing! A heartfelt THANK YOU to Tracey, Maggie, Kelly, Kaitlyn, James & Cameron.… (Sorry if I missed anyone!) If you are searching for that special place to call home (with a security regime, an A+ Doorman, nice neighbors & amenities!), then I highly recommend Styron Square at Port Warwick. It will be a decision you’ll never regret……."

"If I can give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. Not professional!!! I was inquiring about a 3 bedroom apartment that leasing consultant Reizna is rude. I stopped by the leasing office to give her my application and my information and I was asking when I would be notified about the apartment and she sighs and rolls her eyes and says I mean I don't know I have to see when it come available. She interrupted me 3 different times when I was trying to talk. This place needs a class on customer service!!!!"

"My fiancé and I lived in these apartments for 10 months until we moved into a home. Rather than break our lease we paid on the last two months of our lease while not living there. I went back and cleaned and made sure the apartment was in great shape when we left. When our lease ended in the first week of October 2022 I did a walk through with property management and was told everything looked great. Then I did not hear from them for months until January 2023. They advised that we owed them over $500 dollars for a carpet replacement. After talking to them about this they informed me that the carpet was damaged/dirty and had to be replaced. The carpet was replaced 3 days before we initially moved into the apartment and was supposed to last at least 5 years. My fiancé and I do not have kids, pets and we do not smoke. We only lived in the apartment for 10 months yet the carpet was so bad it had to be replaced. I could not even fight this because they did not tell me until three months after it had been replaced that it was our responsibility. Before I Willis have recommended this apartment complex to people, thinking the reviews were probably one off instances but now I know that’s not the case. This whole move out and replacing carpet is a scam that this property is running. You can look under the google reviews as well for a person who reviewed the same experience. I do not recommend living here for this reason. The best part of this complex was the doorman James! I can only say good things about him and all of the help he provided."

"Tracey White is the most professional property manager I have experienced in over a decade. I have lived in multiple complexes in Newport News and never have I ever received such exemplary service from a property manager. I am well known in the Port Warwick community she immediately realized that and was supportive. If it wasn’t for Ms. White running my community I wouldn’t still live here. If anyone wants to live in this community I strongly suggest Ms. White as the one the one to obtain reliable information from."

"This review is solely off the application process and I am not a current resident but after the reviews I’ve read on here I’m glad I didn’t move here. I applied for a 1 bedroom on a Sunday and then was contacted via email on Monday to notify me that the apartment was already rented out and that the system does not update on the weekends. I was told to verify my current address as I was to receive a refund because I had paid the application and security deposit totaling $250. 2 weeks later I emailed the manager back to inquire about the status of the refund and no answer. I then called the office and had to call several times and finally reached someone who told me corporate processes the refunds and I had to be patient. Another 2 weeks go by and I emailed the manager again and no reply. Called the office again and was told the same thing that corporate processes the refunds and I had to wait. So 1 month later and still no refund. I’m just disappointed with lack of communication and thoroughness to a prospected new resident. I was able to find an apartment and I’m happy to say their staff is always on top of their emails and phone calls. **Update. Received my refund but I was only refunded the security deposit and not the application fee. Seems a bit unfair since the apartment was already rented out… I hope you enjoy your free $50…"
