Communication has been stellar with the Team Manager and the teams always arrive promptly at the start time agreed upon. They also send a text when the team is on their way, which is a helpful touch! Scheduling is incredibly easy. I set up monthly cleanings, but when I've had to schedule an extra cleaning before having people over it's been effortless to do so. There are some slight variations in the way things are cleaned depending on the specific team that comes that day, but I've always been happy with the results.
