"I have been living in tanglewood apts for a little over a year now and Kiana that works in the rental office has been so helpful. She respectful and very educated about her job. She goes over any and all information when completing and renewing my apartment lease. If you see her on the rental property she makes sure she speaks. Very polite and nice woman she makes me feel comfortable when I come into the office needing help or just paying my rent. Great person all around."
"Moved to this community about a month ago. The apartment and community are beautiful, haven't had any issues since moving in. Could use a nice leaf blowing, but besides that I feel comfortable that I made the right decision."
"Husband and I just applied to live here yesterday and we told Kiana that we would need to move in by Friday so as to not be living out of a hotel room. Thankfully we found another place so quickly because tell me why they told us we couldn’t move in until December 21?! Why would the website say apartments available now if they’re not actually available? My husband was very nice to Kiana when he told her we had found another apartment and she just hung up on us?? Lmao please don’t live here."
"I do not reside here and would not recommend living here nor sending a family member here. There is pink corrosion on the faucet and inside the pipes. I have checked it myself for the sake of my families' health. This is my second time within a week that had to travel an hour and half because of this. No residents do not deserve this unhealthy treatment. This place does not match it's looks nor it's words on the website. Please do not settle for this neighborhood. ❗UPDATE❗: mold has been building in the bathroom since my family member moved in there(April 2022). Since my last review, It took them two weeks to respond to the issue. 08/07/2022 I received this picture shown below.This entire property needs to go under new management because the current team does not care for their residents."
