"EDIT (8/25): In addition to the cleanings being great, they're very amenable when I have to shift around my appointments and update my schedule automatically to keep me on my every-2-weeks schedule. So great! What I needed: general house cleaning/upkeep, every two weeks. I just had my second clean with Westfall and it's been great so far. Between three cats and a husband who barely does the bare minimum on a good day, they've been life saviors so far. The price is around where I thought it was going to be so I can't say anything for the value or if it's cheaper or more expensive than somewhere else but it seems pretty average. (I live in a 3 bed, 3 full bath, finished basement) I was just a tiny bit hesitant when I first contacted Westfall because of some of the reviews and the snippy back and forths in the reviews but they've been very professional, friendly, and very responsive to all of my emails. But honestly, I love a sassy lady who can stand up for herself at the end of the day so no hate! I would also like to say that the three young ladies who cleaned today (7/19/22) were spectacular. I didn't catch their names unfortunately but they were so sweet and did an amazing job. I hope they come back again."

"I paid for a deep clean but feel as if I just got a general cleaning. The blinds in one of our rooms were completely missed being dusted. The railing on the stairs had fingerprints all over it. The stools in our kitchen still had silly string on it from my son. There is still cob webs in our downstairs bathroom. The curtain rods in our bedroom had dust all over them. There is dustballs that were missed when vacuumed. Although there were things that were missed, everything that was done looks so good."

"Westfall cleaning came highly recommended through a lot of people when we first moved here, so I was happy to try. Ms. Westfall came for a quote and seemed very professional. The first time they cleaned they did a good job, then the next month was ok, then this last month I was incredibly unhappy. They had a team of 4 girls in the house and when I got home, the countertops were not cleaned. Nothing was even moved to clean them. The sink wasn't touched and the shower shelves were not wiped down not to mention other surfaces throughout the house that weren't cleaned. The attention to detail was not there either. Usually the cleaners I've had in the past tidied up the areas and made things look nice. They just left as fast as they came. When I emailed to cancel my service and included pictures, there was no apology and barely any communication about any of it. They just charged my card and gave me a 15% discount with no explanation. You may have better luck than I did, but I am looking for a more professional service that takes pride in their work and communicates better. EDITED FOR OWNERS RESPONSE: At that point I was uncomfortable having them back in my house, ESPECIALLY without an apology which I still havent gotten. I would also like to note that my card was charged without authorization. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional."

"Ashley has been a pleasure to work with. When I initially booked my first consultation she came quickly and was attentive, and kind to my pets! I had some stipulations about my home, and they have been very understanding and accommodating. Every interaction has been pleasant, and I feel like I’m not a perfect client but they always treat me with kindness!! They take great care and have done an amazing job every time. It has been truly a blessing to have them, I work too much and this is what I needed to help get more of my life back. I will recommend them to anyone looking for help."
