"This property and the property manager are TRASH! We cant access our amenities after the rental offices close. The gym is always shut down. People are destroying the lobby and elevators. Parking is limited. The showers have weak water pressure. We need more security because people are stealing packages. There is violence and a lot of smoking in the building! People are not clean with their animals. The kids are destroying the building and playing in hallways. I thought I would indeed love it here but sad to say this place is a mess. THEY NEED TO FIRE MS ROBIN AND GET A PM WHO WILL GET THIS BUILDING IN ORDER"
"Nice apartments but you won’t be made aware of parking that is for dc registered vehicles in your name only. When completing initial application, was told parking was free and long process to be accepted, was only notified of parking is free with pass to registered vehicles in dc with lessee name at time of signing lease. Will tow vehicles and ticket! I have a toddler and parking is difficult in this area! Should have a few visitors spaces or each lessee get at least one parking pass since it is advertised as free initially. Floors are thin and you can hear every time your neighbors walk, which sounds like stomping and maybe. You will have to call and search for packages that are not delivered to lockers, you will be often told they don’t have until you have them look."
"So first off the security guard in the building she said her name is officer Boyd she was very disrespectful and does not know how to do her job. She was cursing excessively and left me standing outside. I called in filed an filed a complaint against her she doesn't need that job. I thought she was about to pull out her weapon or something i don't recommend also she tried to say I "barred" lol from the building when I did nothing at all. After that she ran out to my car and threatened me if they hire people like that I wouldn't dare live there a brown skin lady that take her job way too seriously"
"Everybody in the leasing office with an exceptional of Ms Linda was very rude . They aren’t open to new people at all it don’t matter if you work there or if you’re living there or planning to move there . With their stubborn attitudes This staff has made Most guest , residents , or temp workers feel uncomfortable when entering the leasing office asking concerning questions that we had no answers to . Ms pat, is very unprofessional and robin listens to whatever her colleague ( pat ) say which isn’t fair because there has been numerous of complaints about ms pat attitude towards others. This property never have consistent employees due to lack of respect . Or just them not liking you for their own in personal reasons . While I was working there for two weeks I was told from robin that I can’t communicate with her about job related issues that a resident or a guest had to ask that I didn’t have an answers to , . Which I thought was rude because I wasn’t familiar with the property and being new I was expecting guidance and communicating with them about everything.I didn’t think that would be an issue at all . another issue I had with the leasing team was that pat was very rude towards me and speaking to me rude when she was trying to train me and one of her statements towards me during her training me was : do I make you nervous to do your job ? Which she didn’t . I just wasn’t comfortable with her but not nervous .I also felt like that was a rude question . last but not least , Ms pat and Ms robin both stated to me and other temps that we couldn’t communicate with the residents anymore and if anyone had an issue please send them to their office . The leasing staff didn’t like that their residents were comfortable with the temps and it was a big issue with them. But again this is the same lady that told me I couldn’t keep coming to her office to bother her about any messages I had regarding concerns from residents and guests and I stayed out of her office and I would give her the daily report towards the end of the day . This property I do not recommend. I hope that the staff can change who they are as people because it’s not a good business with a bad attitude and treating others with lack of respect ."
"Ms. Star was the best rental leasing agent I ever encountered. She was patient , friendly , informative, professional as well as being down to earth. It was late in the day when we arrived and she worked beyond her time. Approval to this residence or not she was amazing!"
