"Recently moved out, would have given five stars but realized a previous leasing agent incorrectly told me that the building offers after-hours lockouts; it is worth noting for any potential resident with a child, pet, or condition that requires storage of routinely taken medicine that if you lock yourself out of your apartment, this property does not offer after-hours lockouts under any circumstance. I accidentally locked my dog in my apartment while taking out the trash (the lock button inside the door pressed the doorstop) and both the normal number and emergency number informed me that there was nothing they could do (despite the original agent telling me that there were always lockouts available). The leasing office would not have opened for another 20 hours, and so I had to call, wait for, and pay a locksmith over $200 in order to get back to my dog several hours later. I confirmed this week as well that aside from the leasing office's normal hours of operation, there is no standard way to re-enter your apartment if you find yourself locked out (and that the cost to replace Warder's specific doorhandles is approx. $200). The building is nice and several of the folks who work there are quite kind - however, if you have any reason that you'd need to get back into your apartment after 5:30PM or during most weekend hours, it is worth noting that a locksmith (or the fire department) is your only solution (and in my case will cost ~$400). Wouldn't want anyone else to have to learn the lesson as I have!"

"I am a huge fan of Warder Mansion. I've lived here for 2 years, and feel super lucky every day, especially thankful for my awesome balcony and cozy fireplace. The front office leasing staff and maintenance guys are all awesome: friendly, helpful, and supportive. I recommend Warder Mansion highly!"

"Review From This Month (10/2021): I've been here with my sweet senior dog since 2019 and recently renewed the lease again. I really enjoyed my stay here (in the same unit) and had no complaints at all. I continue to love the unit and the building, the neighborhood, and the convenience of public transportation. I'm very grateful for the team here that continues to be professional, work hard and keep the ground running smoothly. And, I'm super grateful for Ana Reynoso's consistent professionalism and kindness, whom I've dealt with since Day 1. It certainly makes all the difference when we all work together with great people!
