"I have been living in Park Ritche Apartment building for the past four years. The community is awesome and this area is very conveinent and close to Silver Spring, downtown and DC for shopping and other needs you need for. Above all, Services in maintaining the building, like fixing elevator issue, parking lots, Hydrants , ACs and so on is getting way improved since Mis Leda took over the management and Juliana( sorry if I misspell her name) come into front desk services. Juliana takes her time to listen if I have any concern in my apartment and places a ticket for the same day service and she makes sure it is completed as requested. I would like to take this time to say THANK YOU! YOUR CONTRIBUTION FOR THIS COMMUNITY TO BE LOVABLE IS SO HUGE! Please keep up the good work!! To the entire community, we live together as a big family in this apartment so do your part and help this community and the management to make Park Ritche apartment to be the best for the residents and for Southern management to recognize it as the best apartment in the chain. Thank you!"

"Elevators are always broken. Residents with health issues can pass out or even die while taking the stairs due to very long wait times at the elevator. It would be understood if this was due to a fire emergency. We are now in 2019, management should do a better job with the elevators before a resident with health issues dies. A litigation law suit settlement will be more expensive than repairing the elevators promptly. Also no handicap access in the apartment building."
