""From start to finish, my experience at this apartment complex was incredibly disappointing. The move-in process was cumbersome, and things didn't improve thereafter. Firstly, the lack of virtual rent payment options was inconvenient, requiring checks or money orders with no electronic access for balance checks or deposits. This company is literally running this complex with Microsoft word and Excel spreadsheets. Furthermore, they will not provide you with a receipt of payment. Maintenance was a major issue, with only a few competent individuals. I went without a dishwasher for a month because the replacement meant for my unit was mistakenly placed elsewhere, and I wasn't compensated for this inconvenience. Additionally, a broken refrigerator led to spoiled items including breast milk for my infant child due to a lackadaisical on-call maintenance worker. The compensation provided for the losses incurred wasn't reflective of the actual damages. Despite providing receipts and an itemized list, the resolution process was unsatisfactory, limiting reimbursement unfairly. The absence of a corporate office, combined with privately-owned apartments, created an environment where the owner seemed disinterested in overseeing the office staff's conduct or the business's operations. The management was severely lacking in professionalism. Personal belongings, such as my daughter's skateboards, were discarded without replacement, and my daughter faced unwelcoming attitudes when she forgot her key after school. Property manager Terresa Bell constantly rolled her eyes at me and my daughter when I have personally never had any type of interactions with her at all that could have led to her attitude toward me or my child whom might I add is a minor and having an issue with a child is INSANE!!!! Multiple staff members live on site including both property managers which wouldn't normally pose as issue, but they pry into your business without knowing circumstances or situations just accusations and assumptions. Lastly, vehicles are subjected to being towed without a parking pass the tow trucks information is not visible on the sign outside of the complex at either entrance. Overall, I strongly advise against making this place your home. If you look at the other negative reviews, they have responded in a hasty nasty way which further proves their unprofessionalism. The majority of on-site staff seem intrusive, spying on residents and making baseless accusations. It was an unpleasant living situation, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone." "I have lived here for 2 years now! Office staff is very efficient and kind , and will work with you the best they can! Always responsive to calls , emails, and maintenance requests. Not many complaints if any. Thanks for making it a safe environment , and caring for your tenants!"

"I love my apt we been there since January. It’s quiet, dog friendly, and kid friendly. It doesn’t have a playground. Playground is in the subdivision next door and we can also use there pool but it does have a pool in the apartment. Balcony or patio is very small. Only problem I had was centipedes and spider. But when I call about the problem they send someone out as soon as possible. I don’t like it one dumpster we literally have to put trash in our cars to put it in there an it always full. It would be great if they add another one for the resident on the other side! But schools is great and we are near everything! Also it would be good to assign 2 parking spot for residents that way we all have somewhere to park near our building."

"This was the best apartment complex! From the minute I was interested in renting there to the last day of my stay before moving to a different city, the staff were absolutely helpful, caring and honest! Anything that needed to be done in the apartment was always completed very fast...like the day my dishwasher started flooding. Regular visits were made by a pest management company, so I never had any issues with bugs in my apartment. The apartment itself was renovated beautifully. The appliances were up to date. The floor plans had a lot of space, and the bathroom was super generous in size. During winter weather they would salt the walkway for those of us who needed to get out and go to work. They also plowed the streets in a timely manner. The pool area was always kept up during the summer months and was so relaxing and clean. Overall, best company I've worked with in VA. The rent prices were also set very well! Great neighborhood, great staff and an amazing apartment."
