"My initial experience during my first 9 months in this complex was exceptional - one of the most beautifully maintained and well-cared-for places I've ever lived in. Unfortunately, things have taken a sharp nosedive with the arrival of a new manager. Currently, the grounds are littered with trash, and there's even a shopping cart sitting outside the south gate. The gate itself is in disrepair, with someone attempting a makeshift fix by jamming a screw into the broken joint, making it a security hazard. I requested a dryer repair nearly three weeks ago, but it took an eternity to receive any communication, and the initial repair request was randomly closed without resolution. Myself and numerous other residents have made persistent attempts to contact the complex manager, but they've demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility, failing to answer any calls or engage in face-to-face conversations. It's gotten to the point where I'm unsure if this manager even exists or is actively involved. My disappointment knows no bounds. What's even more disturbing is my interaction with the district manager when I sought help with an issue. She reached out from a blocked number, identified herself as the district manager of Avia from Greystar, refused to disclose her name, and shockingly, even chuckled when I mentioned my status as a veteran with PTSD. The blatant display of disrespect during that conversation was nothing short of appalling and left me utterly shocked. It's disheartening to witness such a level of disregard for residents' concerns."

"I have to give a shout out to Amanda. She is the hardest working person I have encountered at Avia. Just the other day she was moving boxes and organizing packages in the 4501 Building. It has been a mess at the front entrance with the way packages are just left all over the place. I have even seen her take trash to the compactor when residents leave it out during non-pickup times. It does not matter how big or menial the task, you only have to ask Amanda once and things get done. This is a nice place to live which is made better knowing you have people working at Avia that care about the place and also care about the residents."

"Okay. Let’s be real. Amanda is by far the best employee Avia has ever seen. She’s the best employee I’ve ever seen too. She goes above and beyond every single day to be there for this property and the residents here. Amanda genuinely cares about this property and the people and their families living here. Whenever there is a need, Amanda is the one who takes care of it. Amanda is proactive, not reactive. She is always there and is the most professional associate that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Amanda deserves as much recognition and praise as she can get and I hope that her superiors at Avia see how truly lucky they are to have Amanda at this community. Amanda is the glue to this property and she is my favorite to work with whenever I need anything."

"I lived at Avia Apartments for about 4 years and had a great experience overall. The units are modern, stylish and homey and I felt very comfortable in my time here. I did have issues with excessive noise at times from the tenant above me, but that's to be expected. Unfortunately, management here considers that to be "living noise" and doesn't handle complaints relative to noisy neighbors, so that's one of my reasons for giving 4 out of 5 stars. The management office hours are also somewhat lacking for a luxury apartment complex, but I also didn't find myself having to interact with them much as our unit never had any maintenance needs. Another reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the callboxes for building 4501. When I initially moved in, I was given a callbox access code for my unit so that guests or food delivery could enter the building without me having to come let them in downstairs, but after a change in property management companies the decision was made to "update" the building callboxes. After that update was finished, my unit no longer had a code and after inquiring with management about getting that fixed we were told that these new boxes didn't have enough memory for each unit in the building to have an access code, so we couldn't have one despite being long term tenants that had a prior code. So, if you do end up renting a unit specifically in 4501, you may never be able to access the building without your key fob. Aside from those minor annoyances, I had no problems in my time at Avia. It was a genuinely pleasant place to live and I would recommend it to anyone interested in making a home here."

"Avia is a great place to live - what makes it 5 star is the staff! Today I received a notice that Lacey is leaving the end of Oct. Lacey and Amanda have worked hand and hand to create a wonderful community. Amanda is a excellent communicator, always with a smile and always willing to help! Replies to emails and texts very promptly with a solution!"
