Fields of Arlington

"This is my second review regarding mice complains. From the past 2years I caught couple of them. My house is full of glue traps all over and it is highly unhigyneic from the kids. Maintenance comes but the issue is uncontrollable. It is unsanitary for my kids while mouse are running around."

"I lived at The Fields of Arlington about 2 yrs. Very family oriented. Good neighbors. Safe complex. Ms. Veronica Very professionally helped me with my transition from Texas to VA. Kudos to Ms. Veronica, Ms. Glennie and maintenance doing a good job maintaining buildings and grounds.I had a wonderful stay. Thank you MS. Veronica and Staff!"

"Place is a mess. Article 11 from Leasing agreement 11 reminds tenants to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb his neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of the unit. The tenant will be deemed in breach of this provision of the lease, if he or anyone else on his rental performs or permits any vocal activity, or plays or permits the playing any vocal instruments, radio, TV, stereo etc in such a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighbor. Those regulation are not enforced by the management. Another quote is from Welcome Kit " Please respect the privacy of your neighbor with regard to loud TV, stereos, radios and noisy parties. Please be polite to your downstairs neighbors when walking in your apartment" It is only on paper, reality of life is different, forget about taking a nap during a day when you are tried, or sick, even learning online is hard with your headphones on when your can hear child jumping in the apartment above you with a ceiling vibrating, or a neighbor playing loud stereo all day long with boom, boom sound coming through. You can also have a neighbor's who think they are renting a house not an apartment those people like to invite large number of quests who are parading in front of your door, speaking loudly day or night time (walls in the hallways make a voice sound louder - echo) a kids running in and out just like in the gym. NO REGARDS FOR THE OTHER NEIGHBORS."

"Fields of Arlington is an amazing place to live in. The staff here are amazing. The manager, Veronica & and the assistant manager, Glenny always meets our expectations and needs. The complex is very clean. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The location and amenities are great and have always been well-maintained. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. The maintenance crew are fast responses when we put in maintenance requests. The people who live here are family-oriented and friendly. We have been living here for about 13 years and we can’t express how satisfied and comfortable we are living in the Fields of Arlington!!!"

"Please fix the mice issue in the buildings. It is ridiculously uncontrollable. You send out maintenance each time, however the issue remains. It is unsanitary to raise kids in a home where there are multiple rats running around on the carpet. Anyone looking to moving here, please be aware."
