"The new staff members are just as bad as the old staff. Namely, Shray and Sam. The gross mismanagement of my lease documents and incompetence on there part needs to be addressed by S.L. Nusbaum. After clearly handed the both of them documents they excused me of possibly misplacing them. They attempted to place a back dated lease renewal notice in my door with a new notice. They removed two pages from my lease without legal grounds. When I questioned Sam his defense was they, Shray as well as himself, had no clue what I was talking about. I've never been late with my rent. I never cause any trouble on the property and I have to deal with them lying on me. Either they are incompetent or attempting to sabotage me for personal reasons . Whatever the reasons are one mistake is human, two mistakes is possibly being overwhelmed, but three mistakes in less than a 30 day period is incomprehensible. Be cautious of them."
"I am giving five stars only because of Ms. Kassandra Aparicio. She is an amazing asset to the Columbia Hills rental office staff. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She deserves to be in a management position with the customer service she provides. If I would have met her sooner I would not be moving from Columbia Hills West."
"I have been working with Sam Y., the Property Manager, on a few items the past few weeks with his new Package Concierge system. The system has had some minor hiccups and Sam has been incredibly patient with what has been needed to address these issues. He has been asking great questions and has shown a great willingness to learn his new product. Thank you, Sam! I hope more Property Managers take the same lead."
