"11th floor is trash, smells like cigarettes/marijuana throughout the entire floor and you can tell it’s one tenant, maybe more, so unfair that they get to stink up the entire floor. During the day, they smoke heavy and you can smell it awfully. I hate having to wake up to this every morning, my own apartment stinks. Open the cabinets and closest doors, the smell is even worse. Seeps into the walls. Only solution from management was to cancel the lease. Update: They said to give them time to resolve, months later and my floor/apartment still stinks from the nightly smokers."
"Heavy cigarette smoke every night from neighbors on 11th floor. It’s like living at a motel 6 or red roof inn, be aware. You’re breathing this stuff in your own apartment, my own guest asked if I was actually a smoker (and I am not), my apartment is sadly a victim of the skunky odor."
"I have had such a pleasant experience living at Delancey. Me, my boyfriend and our dog are releasing for another year one of their wonderful apartments. Their entire staff and Manager Karen- are very competent, kind, and helpful with answering all our questions we have had and go above and beyond for their residents. The entire complex is pet friendly! well kept, clean, and modern. I highly recommended this complex to anyone interested living in Shirlington Village!"
"This place is completely unprofessional. I had a tour scheduled for 4pm on a Friday. Get there, followed the directions to scan the QR code & nothing happened. A current tenant walked upstairs and let someone know in the office that I was looking for a tour. A lady comes downstairs (never got her name nor did she introduced herself) and starts asking me for information that I already submitted via online. Then she says they don’t have any 2 bedrooms available to tour. Even though I requested to tour for 2 bedrooms the day prior. She then tells me that someone could’ve moved in within 24 hours and that’s why I can’t view the space. What?! This place is very unprofessional/disorganized. I couldn’t even view a unit to say whether or not I’d move there but judging off of the interaction that just occurred, I will NOT be moving here!"
