"Do not rent at this apartment complex. Pest/roach problem was horrible. The floor is carpeting and was not replaced before we moved in. You will be charged for normal wear and tear on the carpet, even though the lease says otherwise. We were charged $185! The website photos do not reflect the actual loving experience. The walls and floors are thin, people have multiple pets even though it’s not allowed in the lease. The rent is too high and went up (as expected unfortunately) for an apartment that hasn't been updated at all since the 90s. They do not invest back into the properties, so what is charged for rent doesn't add up. We were not allowed to walkthrough the apartment before moving in. We only signed out of desperation, if you have a choice do not rent here!"

"I viewed an apartment here and the management was excellent! Very clean, safe, and quiet location! The prices are great and there’s grocery stores and other businesses not too far away. Very close to downtown DC by car, metro, or bus. I definitely want to live here!"
