"Unless you don't want your personal space and privacy in your own home invaded by constant monthly (sometimes weekly) "inspections" by random strangers and Maria Daniels herself ... Don't move here.. also the favoritism in this place is just God awful.. definitely not the kind of place to call "home".. some people get away with things while others get right ups."

"The Peaks has the potential to be one of the nicest complex in the area. However, this place has many issues mainly due to the Apartment Manager Marie Daniels not being on site during normal business hours. Has a moderate amount of drug traffic and even had a suspected tenant related drug overdose death within the year. Apartments are rarely inspected and during my tenure working maintenance numerous are in an inhabitable condition. Work orders for repairs are normally delayed due to not having materials on hand to repair. This place takes the cheapest way out on repairs. Defective ground fault breakers are bypassed and not replaced which can cause an electrical shock hazard. Ground Maintenance is performed by Killions Lawn care and the grounds are never neat and orderly. Mrs. Daniels takes defense to any kind of positive criticism."

"I’ve lived here for about 5yrs, 3 different managers all were very good & latest is greatest, very nice place to live, very diligent to maintenance or any concerns you may have. Of course any apt living if a bad or disruptive person(s) moves in they will be taken care of in the appropriate manner as needed. Overall I’ve always had wonderful neighbors. Very good place to live and very nice apts. come join our family you’ll be happy you did."

"There’s a new manager here now, and I’ve been here since October. She’s very nice and caring. I’ve not had any issues here and it’s a really nice apartment and no noise! The only thing I could even think of that they might need to do is maybe pick up trash from the dumpsters more than once a week? That’s not a huge thing, because one of the roads we can take to get to town goes directly by our local convenience center and it’s easy to drive through there and toss a trash bag in a dumpster!"
