"Comfortable bed, beautiful grounds, friendly staff and guests, nice layout to the unit, secure facility, about 300 acres to explore, heated pool and hot tubs, close to so many historic sights and nature trails, shopping and dining options too. I should be keeping this to myself but with the multigenerational families that have been enjoying this place for years, the secret is out. However with the number of units, they can handle the demand. We visited for one night on our way to Virginia Beach and I am so glad that we did. We were going to be returning home up the east coast shoreline after dealing with the 81, 95 Washington traffic. We changed our plans and after I finish this review, I am going to book two or three more nights to explore the property and more of Jamestown. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the great front reception desk assistance I received on arriving, check out, and one other time with questions professionally answered. Every time I interacted with the front desk Laura was the one who helped me out. There were multiple qualified staff members there on checking in, we got lucky. This Hilton property is fortunate to have this dedicated employee on staff. Bravo Laura!"

"The rooms where great other than dirt and some dead bugs in the bathtub. The was music coming from a car for about an hour in the mornings all 3 days we where there. They could only extend our checkout 1 hour which we had to be out by 11am, which is crazy being you can't check in till 4pm. I was told it was because they where booked up which was not true as it is off season."

"My kids and grandkids stayed here for our Christmas vacation and we had both upstairs and downstairs condo . It was an amazing experience. I've never felt so spoiled and stayed at such a luxurious place. Beautiful!!"

"The rooms & showers are so much better now that Hilton has taken over (Previously owned by Diamond Resorts)! I’ve been coming here since I was little & it’s been improving! The staff including security were so accommodating & really completed requests w/ a pleasant smile to make us feel welcome. The only thing I didn’t like is the 30 minute check in on a Friday night. The property has over 800 condos & 100s of ppl book for different events on the wknd. The night we checked in, there were over 30 ppl in the check in line. Overall, we enjoyed our stay"

"This place is amazing. A friend had us stay for a week, as she has a timeshare here. My family loved the property. We didn't want to leave. They have a bunch of cool stuff to do as well. Doordash, Instacart and Amazon all deliver to your front door. The units are two bedroom apartments with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Internet was also fantastic."
