"Personally will never recommend this place to anyone. Management will never respond to your questions, maintenance requests, or any other issue. It's beautiful on the inside and perfect for one person to live but I would only advise staying here if you don't mind poor management. Too much for rent to be treated that way."

Cook Lofts, I would have loved to have seen your property, but your apartment manager would never return my phone calls or emails. I have never had such horrible customer service, I was very disappointed. Such a shame, because the lofts look beautiful in pictures, you definitely lost a potential tenant, and who knows how many more."
