Non-resident swim team members can purchase a pool membership at a reduced rate, although pool membership is not required to join the swim team. Hollymead residents are not eligible for non-resident memberships as they already receive the best rate. A valid swim team membership is required for the pool membership.
The Hollymead Hammerheads swim team is open to children aged 5 to 18 who can swim the length of the pool unassisted. Swim team membership is not limited to Hollymead residents and does not require a pool membership, although it can be obtained at a reduced rate. It is important to note that the Hollymead Swim Team is not affiliated with the Hollymead Citizens Association.
