"The entrance to this apartment building is not on South Wayne Avenue, but on Market Street. If one is on South Wayne Avenue, one needs to right onto 11th Street and then right again onto Market Street and turn into the parking lot immediately. The actual entrance door faces Market Street. It is confusing that the address for the building is South Wayne Avenue as this is actually the rear of the building since there is no entrance on South Wayne Avenue. It would make more sense for the street address for the building either to be 11th Street (since that's the street that the "Springdale" sign faces) or Market Street since that's the street the entrance door faces."
