"I gave it one star because it location. But the condo is gross, very old, it's smelling disgusting. I couldn't wait to get out of that nasty place."
"We attempted to stay there in July, never again! There is no air conditioning, how an owner in good conscience could rent a room in this place in the summer is beyond me. The room was hot, humid and pretty much had no ventilation. We could only stand it for about an hour and then we drove home. And be sure to check the fees...County Hotel/Motel Tax, Departure Clean, Resort District Surcharge, Resort Fee, State/Regional Tax."

"Gross. Broken, dirty room. Loud drunks leaving the bar until 1-2am. Reminds me of a college dorm room. Location is great and the price is good. Hence the 2 stars rather than 1."
"Great value, but the room itself is in need of a facelift. It would be very easy to paint the cabinets, replace the carpet, and put new paneling or something on the walls. You get what you pay for, though, and it's the best bargain I've found near Snowshoe so that's why they get 4 stars."
