"Unfortunately, my experience with Lynn was less than favorable. I made the mistake of agreeing to allow her to represent me as the buyers agent when she was already the seller agent on the home I was interested in. The home had cracks in the foundation, which was alarming to me as it was so new. I did my DD, contacted several 'experts' within the industry and they all suggested that I pass on the property as the cracks will become an issue at some point. I informed Lynn of my intent to back out, the cancellation letter was signed and I felt good about my decision. However, for whatever reason, Lynn felt it was necessary to email me and tell me HER foundation inspector said the foundation had zero issues. Hm..imagine that. Also, she felt it was necessary to share that the sellers already had a new buyer lined up. From the moment I started to walk the home with her, I got a bad vibe. As they say, follow your gut. I'm certainly glad I dodged this one."

"I felt like I was wasting this businesses time. In retrospect they wasted mine. I wasn't going to give a negative review but a friend of mine also recently worked with this company and felt the same way about the non-chalant handling of his questions and concerns. I had to call another realtor the moment Tim left my house and thankfully I did. Tim was absolutely no help and very uninterested in his own job. Made me sort of feel like he was too good to waste his time with me so to make it even I came here to waste a little time writing this review since I felt so bad. If you want friendly and efficient, look elsewhere. This gentleman seems to be neither of those things personally. There are other options but be careful in this area."
