"when we first got here it was nice but later on it kept getting worse. we had people above us that was always loud jamming music; stomping on the floor above us and we had complained to the lady in the office multiple times and she has yet to give them a complaint paper. the very first group of people that was above us had their child in a bathtub and it had overflowed and our ceilings were leaking for days and all the staff did was paint the ceilings and the water marks are still there. my friends that use to live here and myself had dishwater problems to where it flooded our apartment. I had a dog and she barked when me and my mom had left and when she seen my mom which is normal because that's a dogs nature to do. we got one letter and only one phone call but on that letter it said we had gotten multiple letters and multiple phone calls and if the dog didn't stop within 5 days we would be kicked out. it's honestly ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone."
