"The waterfall is a little green but maybe it’s supposed to be. It’s pretty either way"

"Bonefish, Barnes and Noble, Loft, other shops and restaurants. Nice place to walk off dinner after eating. We had a 3 mile walk today. Lots of shade to help stay cool on a hot July day. We drove to Yorktown and walked an additional 2.5 miles, then back to Newtown for dinner at Bonefish. Awesome day."

"I love the new town area. There are some lovely shops kind people and some great experiences to be had. I wish they would open up some more stores for a wider variety of people. They need a few more restaurants that have healthy food with good prices. It would be great if they could have more things to do at night they just go to the movies! But this area is very safe the people are very nice and it is very, very well kept up."

"New Town is a great place to shop with a destination in mind and/or to just wander. It has a great selection of restaurants, boutiques, a book store, specialty shops, movie theater, etc. Large walkable sidewalks and some places have outdoor seating. Several of the restaurants have live music as well."

"After working in New Town for 3 years and visiting the numerous shops and restaurants, I'm still very confused by the management. They seem to have a low priority when it comes to keeping businesses and leasing empty spots. Some big names and great businesses have left over the last few years and the area has really missed out. Organizing events and promotions need to have higher priorities as well. They have a beautiful developed area full of diverse uses, but they need to change their management, or they fall the way other shopping centers in the area have gone."
