Southpark Mall

"The children's play area is in desperate need of cleaning and sanitizing. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There's food and drink debris all over the seats. Update: It's bad enough now, I know the mall ownership/management doesn't care. The play area should be condemned as a health hazard."

"Go ahead and start to say yeah I know it's this time of year it's Christmas. Took the family to get some photos done with Santa. Got a 5 and a 2-year-old. I understand there's a long line I understand this you know a little irritation. But I don't understand how the cameraman can be so under the influence of pot marijuana that I can't even get a good picture? Waiting an hour for a photo with Santa even the Santa was irritated with the cameraman. Don't go to the mall I don't need to go to the mall I went to the mall for my family. Honestly if JCPenney's was still around this wouldn't happen. My suggestion to everybody is Don't go to this mall to get photos with Santa."

"I try to take my children to the play area weekly It's always so nasty and now there's so many viruses going around. It doesn't seem like they're cleaning The player area They should just shut it down if they don't have any means To keep it clean The last time I was there I saw a janitor come near the play area Thought they were gonna shut it down So they can actually clean they didn't do that at all In fact they ignored me when I asked if they were going to clean it There's always garbage that my kids are playing with I to go around pick it up and throw it away One of my children is on the spectrum So having an indoor play area like this is Very helpful keeps him from running into the street But also with the weather changing constantly It's better for us to be inside"

"Decently sized indoor shopping mall with a mix of national/international stores (Macy’s JCP, H&M, Bath and Body Works, FYE, etc.) and a lot of local/small businesses. They also have a food court with a few different options and tons of jewelry stalls/places. There is a movie theater on campus and plenty of parking spots."

"A once vibrant mall with unique shops and restaurants, Southpark Mall has experienced numerous changes over the years. Still serves a purpose in the tri-cities where there’s a loyal customer base who rarely venture north of the river for modern centers in Richmond."
