"Bella brezza delivers! The house was better in person than we expected -- and we already had high expectations from the pictures. The house had enough "zones" so everyone could do their own thing when they wanted and had enough large spaces so we could all be together as well. And, the kitchen was more than large enough for our group."

"The view from the balcony, the master bedroom and the living room was fantastic! It was even worth getting up early to see the sunrise over the ocean! There is easy access to the beach right across the street from the condos. There is a small store right across the street if you forgot any essentials. The condo was spacious, three large bedrooms (master with an en-suite bathroom complete with shower, double sinks and a jacuzzi tub) as well as a hallway full-bath. There was also a loft that included two twin beds with trundle beds under each one of them, thus adding room for four additional people, and an additional large couch and a large tv, as well as another bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room is large with a huge window with a view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-stocked, although some of the cabinets need work on their surfaces--the facade is peeling away. We loved that all of the kitchen drawers and cabinets were marked with what you could find within. That made cooking so much easier, and we also liked that they left one cabinet empty for guests to use--we used it as our "pantry". There were lots of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The refrigerator was large and had water/ice available on the door. While the condo was fantastic, the service was not great. While the condo was very "tidy" and "picked up" with everything being in the correct places when we arrived, you could tell that it had not been "refreshed' before our arrival. There was a bag of soiled sheets laying on top of the dryer, and there was so much dust on the two living room end-tables, that i was able to "write" on them with my fingertips. There were no blankets on either of the beds in the two hallway bedrooms, and none to be found in the closets/bedroom drawers, although there were lots of extra pillows. We called and they did bring some the next day. In addition, we called our first full day there to say that the nozzle on the kitchen sink would only flow as a "spray" (like you would use to rinse something down the drain), not as a single stream of water, which made filling anything very messy. Vacasa did send someone out who told us that they would be sending a plumber--who never came. Finally, the washing machine broke and was leaking lots of water all over the kitchen floor. We called and they sent someone out who said that the washing machine needed to be replaced and came twice and took measurements, but the washing machine did not get replaced while we were there--thus, we all went home with lots of dirty laundry. We would love to rent this condo again, but are concerned about the service."

"This condo (The Sanctuary- Atlantic Dreamin’ B1119) has potential—it’s just poorly taken care of. Here’s the notes I took when we stayed there in September 2023: Pros * Nice space * Quality furniture * View of the dunes, can see (diagonal view—not direct) the ocean/sunrise from living room Cons (there was an option when I let them know it was dirty to have them come out and clean but didn’t want the disruption during our vacation—other compensation should have been given—we ended up cleaning it ourselves) * Dirty floors—sandy and walking barefoot my soles were black * Spiders—small ones in the corners on webs inside, the balconies are covered in webs and large spiders. Unusable space outside due to this * Towels—left wet in washer, partially dry load in dryer, the ‘clean’ sets in the bathroom had dark long hair on them * Vertical blinds—jinky controls, panels missing * No hand soap or dish soap in the unit. Only trash bags are the ones IN the trash cans on arrival * Kitchen cabinets (specifically above the stove) are sticky with grease from cooking * Kitchen items—need to be cleaned/organized/sorted…the cookie sheets are gross and unusable (need replacing) * TV set-up is a joke—in this day and age there shouldn’t need to be 3 remotes and confusion in getting to cable or streaming"

"UPDATE: we are happy to report that after contacting corporate (who had a record of every text and picture sent) we did hear back from Jennifer at Sandbridge VACASA. She made things right meeting our requests for compensation. So very sad to see the Sanctuary at False Cape experience diminished to this point. On our arrival, keys were given, arrived to condo to find it was not cleaned. Numerous calls, texts and lots of time wasted, we ended up cleaning our own condo. I reached out numerous times to Vacasa asking them to make this right by reimbursing us for the cleaning fees. I was given robo-type answers and assured something would be done. End of story: NOTHING was done. We hope that the owners of the condos at Sanctuary at False Cape will become vigilant with this property manager. They will certainly lose money, as we met at least 5 other families with the same experience at check in."

"This place has always been a blessing for my family and friends. This particular visit was to celebrate my best friend's birthday and just reflect back on those we lost and those still here. We stayed at Coral Sands and besides a few minor issues the place was a great location for sunsets, sunrises and moon views. One family lit the skies where we could relax on the balcony and enjoy those as well. We were right on the beach which made enjoying the beach so easy. We even saw dolphins. This was an overall great place to be."
