"Sunday wanting to spend time with the 2 girls at arts and crafts. We usually go to Joannes, but wanted to try Michaels. We called ahead and were told over the phone to come over for classes. No one was in the room, so we sat down where things were set up for painting. Someone then came in an very rudly spoke to us like bad people and took away the girls paints as we were told to wait 3 hours for the 2pm class. The 4 year old started crying in the store because of this. Very upset with how this experience went. Never will come back to Michaels"
"Ordered curbside pickup of a black frame. They brought out a gold frame. Had me come inside while they looked for one, and then told me they didn't have any. Half hour drive each way."
"After shopping a closer location I'm glad I drove the extra way! This staff was patient and friendly, the store cleaner and stocked well. I found the experience 10 times better than the store closer to my home. The selection was excellent and I was able to utilize my 40% off coupon and my $5 rewards, after the other store advised only 1 could br used. (I am sure the employee was wrong, but she wouldn't ask a manager. Turns out she was wrong). So glad that I live in an area where I can chose to not shop at the Easton location."
