"Visited on Dec 15 2023, girl at the counter was very rude, food was a sloppy mess and had sauce ALL OVER, probably the last time I will visit this arbys. Two others were with me and had the same experience. Update: The manager of the locatuon reached out to me and handled the bad experience in the best possible way. It's very nice being heard and understood. I have no doubt that my next experience will be 5 stars and much better. Thank you Sir for addressing my concerns and making it right, I will be back soon."
"Had the best experience ever at a chain fast food restaurant! They ordered my food fast and effectly while being polite it in the mist of chaos. I had a very particular order that was made perfectly. I could say enough about how everything appeared to be a well managed machine that ran smooth as butter. Loved my food."
"How hard is it to get the hours of operation correct? Google Maps says you’re open until 1 am on Friday. Pilot App says your open until 11 pm. It’s 1030 pm and it’s locked up tight with no hours of operation posted. So glad I wasted 40 minutes of drive time pulling off the interstate to visit this sad excuse of an eating establishment."
"They honored their online 5 for $5.00 deal. Missed part of my order. Counters and floors were filthy. I get that they were busy but there’s no excuse for filth."
"Great experience. Roast beef sandwich was moist and tender. The employees were very helpful. From turning on the closed captioning on the TV to making sure that what I ordered was the way that I wanted it, they showed their pride in the place that they worked. The Police in the area must think so as well because the staff stayed busy with customers."
