"Not really sure why this hotel has such poor reviews. Our stay was very nice and had no issues! They are renovating the hotel, but that didn't affect us. WiFi works fine, plenty of hot water, staff was friendly. Haven't had breakfast, but that's really not why we're here."

"Anybody that left a bad review here is either extremely cheap or delusional. My room was spotless, staff was friendly, the area was exceptional, breakfast was amazing. Nowhere on earth will you get this much value for the price… not to mention an indoor pool. Some people are unhappy and like to complain but it’s a shame. This hotel is a diamond in the rough I will only be staying here whenever I’m in town. Don’t listen to the bad reviews I was pleasantly surprised by how great my week stay was."

"The staff on 9/30/23 were so rude. Breakfast was 7-10am and we arrived around 9am and they weren't replacing the food for the hot breakfast. I asked the woman preparing the food if there were things earlier that there isn't now and she was avoiding my questions and rudely saying over and over again "what do you want me to tell you." I was in shock of how disrespectfully she was speaking to me that didn't warrant it.The girl sitting at the front desk check in said she was the manager and was impolite and giving dirty looks. She said didn't know what breakfast was supposed to be served and that she would have the other lady put out more bread and bagels as there was only 1 in the case... she did not. Also, there was no coffee machine in our room and the deadbolt wouldn't lock on our door. It's just best to go somewhere else more "classy" and hope for a better experience."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! One of two front doors was broken when we pulled up. The lobby lights were shut off (not a good start). Plastic tarp on the lobby floor. There was NO HOT WATER when we stayed! No wifi, no pool, no hot breakfast (breakfast was a "grab bag" with a microwavable burrito). Kitchen area was filthy (microwave disgusting, "hot tray" though no hot food available had same rancid water in it for days, "juice dispenser" had no juice but had a puddle in collection tray for days, "Waffle batter dispenser" spews a rancid smelling semi-clear liquid, food splatters on walls, etc). Rooms were dirty and smelled of heavy mildew. Very loud trains run behind the hotel all night long. No ice machine on my floor. . Sink and tub leaked. No mini-refrigerator or microwave in room (as advertised). Some electrical outlets did not work. No extra cot room available (supposed to be). One of the elevators was broken. Holes in walls plastered over but not matching paint. Staff just shrugged (as in "what can we do?"). YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

"Under renovations so no fridges/microwaves in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms are discounted online due to renovations so it’s definitely a bargain with the location!! Rooms were very clean! Can’t wait to see what they look like when they’re finished. Met Rachel the assistant general manager and Alexis this housekeeping manager at the front desk. They were super helpful and answered my many questions. Alexis was kind enough to show me a room before checking in."
